1.Chilli Cheese Toast 

 Ingredients 

  • White Bread Slices-                              4 slices
  • Mozorella+Cheddar Cheese-                1 cup
  • Green Capsicum-                                  ½ cup
  • Boiled Sweet Corn-                                ½ cup
  • Garlic-                                                     2-3 cloves 
  • Butter-                                                     2 tbsp
  • Chilli Flakes-                                           1 tsp
  • Herbs or Oregano-                                  1 tsp
  • Salt-                                                        To taste 

 Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the butter and mix well. You can add the milk if the mixture is thick to spread
  2. Spread the butter on the bread
  3. Spread the cheese mix over the bread
  4. Now place the toasts in the baking tray and put it in the oven
  5. After the set time, take out the tray using the tongs and serve hot
  6. You can add grated cheese as a topping 

2.Dainty Donuts 

 Ingredients 

  • Butter-                                  1 cup
  • Sugar-                                  1 ½ cups 
  • Eggs-                                    2
  • Flour-                                    3 cups
  • Baking Powder-                    4 ½ cups
  • Salt-                                      ½ tsp
  • Nuts-                                     ½ tsp
  • Milk-                                      1 cup
  • Cinnamon-                            ½ tsp 

 Instruction 

  1. Blend 2 tbsp butter with 1 cup of sugar
  2. Now add the eggs and mix well
  3. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts together
  4. Now add this mixture to the butter and sugar mixture
  5. Blend it properly and mix it thoroughly
  6. After it fills the grease muffin tins ⅔ full. 
  7. Keep it in the best otg oven in India and bake at 350 degrees for good 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Mix the remaining ½ cup of sugar with the cinnamon
  9. Melt the remaining 6tbsp butter in it.
  10. Now till the donuts are still warm, roll them in the melted butter and cinnamon sugar 

3.Peri-Peri Paneer Kulcha 

 Ingredients 

 For Kulcha 

  • Maida (All purpose flour)-                    2 cups
  • Sooji-                                                   1 tbsp
  • Curd-                                                   ½ cup
  • Cooking oil-                                          1 tbsp
  • Baking Soda-                                       ½ tsp
  • Sugar and salt-                                    1 tsp
  • Butter Melted-                                     To brush
  • Kalonji- For the sprinkle 

For stuffing 

  • Cooking oil-                                          ½ tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilli-                          1
  • Chopped Onion-                                  ¼ cup
  • Paneer crumbled-                                 1 cup
  • Cumin Powder (Jeera)-                      ¼ tsp
  • Salt-                                                     According to taste
  • Peri-peri masala-                                To Taste  

Instructions 

  1. Firstly combine the sooji and yogurt and let it sit for 10 minutes
  2. Afterward, add maida, oil, baking soda, sugar and salt and knead them together
  3. Once you are done with the dough, cover it and let it rise for 2 hours.
  4. Now prepare the stuffing
  5. Add the chopped onions and chilies and saute it in a pan until it gets softened and pale. 
  6. Now add the paneer, turmeric powder, salt and cook it for 2 minutes more. Now turn off the heat and set the filling aside to cool. 
  7. Once the dough has risen fully, take it out and start making the kulchas.
  8. Preheat the best otg oven for 200 C for good 10 minutes. 
  9. Make the small golf ball-sized balls of the dough. 
  10. Make a small circle and place spoonful paneer filling in the center. 
  11. Seal the filling inside like a tight pouch so that no air could enter into it. 
  12. Sprinkle water on the kulcha and sprinkle kalonji and press it down. 
  13. Now apply little oil on the top of the kulcha and place it on the greased baking tray until it gets golden brown for around 10 to 12 minutes.  

4.Chicken Tikka  

Ingredients 

  • Cubed Chicken-                                              200 gms                      
  • Cubed veggies (onion, tomato, capsicum)-    2 cups
  • Hung Curd-                                                     1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-                                       3 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder-                                                 2tbsp
  • Garam Masala-                                               1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice-                                                  3 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder-                                         1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder-                                           ½ tsp
  • Pepper Powder-                                             1 tbsp
  • Salt-                                                               To taste 

Instructions 

  1. Cut the chicken and the other veggies into the desired size so that it can be pierced into the wooden skewer. 
  2. Now mix the ingredients and make a thick paste. 
  3. Now add the cubed veggies, chicken care, coat it completely and marinate it for good 2-3 hours. 
  4. Add the ingredients to the skewer and remove the excess marinade from the skewer. 
  5. Place the skewer in the baking tray.
  6. Preheat the oven 180 degrees for around 10 minutes. 
  7. Place the baking tray in the otg oven and cook
  8. Once it is done, remove it using the tongs.
